3. Navigate to the “Page Range” section. This section allows you to choose which pages to print.
Before proceeding, you may need to click a “Pages” circle to choose the Page Range option.

4. Enter odd or even numbers. These will determine which pages of your document are printed during the initial round of printing.
For instance, if your document contains ten pages, you would enter 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 or 2, 4, 6, 8, 10.

5. Check that your printer is connected. The name of the presently chosen printer may be seen under the “Printer” header towards the top of the window.
To change the currently chosen printer, click its name and then choose the desired printer from the drop-down menu.

6. Select Print. This causes your document to start printing just the even- or odd-numbered pages from your print job.

7. To establish which side was printed, look for the pencil mark. This determines how you re-insert your paper:

  • Print and pencil mark face-down – Place the print side face-down on the sheet of paper, with the top of the sheet facing the printer.
  • On opposing sides, print and pencil mark – Place the print side face-up on the sheet of paper, with the top of the sheet facing the printer.

8. Reload the printed papers into the printer. Do so according to the penciled mark.

9. Reopen the Print dialog box. The quickest approach is to hit Command+P (Mac) or Ctrl+P (Windows) (Windows).

10. Enter a different page range here. If you previously wrote even numbers for your page range, for example, you will input odd numbers this time.

11. Select Print. As long as your pages are appropriately ordered, this should print the un-printed pages on the backs of the ones that are presently printed.
