How to set time on timex ironman watch
The Timex Ironman is a sports watch that measures and records your athletic performance. It contains a number of characteristics that you must configure for accuracy. Date and Time Selection

Pace and Splits Tracking
1. Keep pressing Mode until the word “Chrono” appears at the top of the screen. The chrono mode is used to keep track of your split and lap timings. After the main clock, it’s the second choice.
- Keep tapping Mode to cycle through the watch choices if you scroll too far and miss Chrono mode. Clock, Chrono, Timer, and Alarm are the watch modes. If you missed it the first time, go back to Chrono.
2. By pressing Set/Recall, you may change the Lap and Split settings. For the Chrono setting, you have two possibilities. The current lap time is bigger on one, but the total split time is less on the other. The other depicts the split time as greater and flips the order. - Make sure you don’t press Stop/Reset again to restart the timer. You’ll have to start anew if you do this since your current exercise will be erased.
6. When you’re finished, hit Set/Recall to save the exercise. When you’re finished, hit End/Reset to stop the timer and then hold the same button to reset the data. To save and check your exercise results, press Set/Recall on your keyboard.
7. By selecting Set/Recall, you may go through your exercise again. You’ll be sent to the exercise data menu as a result of this.
